There are no quotations on this page yet, and that is deliberate. We publish a traveller’s words only when they are real, written by the person who actually rode with us, and only when that person has agreed to be named. We do not write reviews on our guests’ behalf, we do not buy them, and we do not assemble praise out of fragments of chat messages.

Where to read reviews

The most reliable way to judge how we work is to read the reviews on independent platforms, where we control nothing and can delete nothing. You will find some comments there that are not comfortable reading — and we think you should read those too before you decide.

If you would rather speak to someone who has actually ridden the route you are considering, ask us. We will check with a former guest and put you in touch only if they agree.

If you have travelled with us

We would like to hear how it went, including the parts that did not go well. Write to info@hagiangexperts.com and attach photographs if you wish. Please say clearly whether we may publish your words, and whether you want your full name, your initials, or no name at all. We publish nothing until we have that answer.

We do not offer discounts, gifts or any other benefit in exchange for a good review. Praise that was paid for tells the next traveller nothing at all.

When something goes wrong

If something is wrong during your trip, we want to hear it while it can still be fixed — tell your guide, or call the office. Most problems on the road can be solved the same day if we learn about them in time.

For complaints made after a trip, we reply within seven working days, setting out how we see what happened, where we were at fault, and what we will do. Anything involving money is handled under the cancellation, postponement and refund policy published on this site, and not according to how forcefully a complaint is worded.

What we do with feedback

Every season the team sits down with all of it and decides what changes for the next one: dropping a stop that was not worth stopping for, changing a guesthouse, splitting a stage that ran too long. A good number of the changes on our current routes came from a single traveller’s remark. If you write to us, it gets read.
